The poduction pocess is: dy monomes with added to a eacto system, the aw mateial into a lage ciculation steam flow cicuit, and though the g distibution by enteing the lage fluidized bed eacto at the bottom, accoding to the design of the eacto mateial 69.57% (ethylene vinyl content of 99.9%, 0.1%, 10.43%, 7.56% ) ethane and 12.44% nito. This aw g consists of the poduction of the poduct with the 8g/10min melt index and the density of the 0.964g/cm3. The catalyst consists of titanium tichloide and tetafuan fo two Magnesium mixtue acceleato, AlEt3 catalyst. The catalyst entes the device in the fom of solid state and nito fom the non pain eacto. The oating tematue is 105 centigade, and the specific tematue is detemined accoding to the band name. The eacto pessue is 2.0MPa, and the eaction g comes out fom the top of the eaction. The cyclone sepaates the catalyst containing solid mateial and sends it back to the eacto. Then the g fom the cyclone sepaato is ciculated to the bottom of the eacto afte the compession and ciculating cooles. The eacto dischage though an ai lock system intemittently to poduct tank. Pat of the g enteing the dischage tank entes the compesso cycle system though the up buffe tank, filte, g coole, and sepaation tank. The polyme comes out fom the lowe pat of the dischage tank and entes the whing tank and the post teatment system.
